Beautiful accommodation for family visit
9.0Travelling as a large family and stayed in the 2bd apartment, which was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, clean and well decorated. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed. Check in and out was easy, staff was friendly. The location was convenient for us as it was close to where we needed to be, but it's not in Central London (though it is really easy to get there by public transport). Overall a great experience.
− They wanted to charge extra for a baby crib, which is an exaggeration considering the price of the apartment itself is already quite expensive. This is a complimentary service in many other similar hotels.

10.0Booked in a hurry as we had been let down at the last minute by a cancellation from our previous booking (Airbnb). This was a great find, right next to Kilburn High Road station and with supermarkets, bars and cafes just round the corner. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartments are presented at a very high standard. A great stay.

10.0Great apartment, very clean and spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and specially the living room. The apartment was equipped with all requirements for family living. The location is pretty good and close to train station, Bus station and food store. Great reception staff and safe residence facility.
Airconditioning and heating is seasonal. Air Con will be on during the Summer months and Heating on during the Winter months.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
