− Gegen eine einfache Ausstattung habe ich nichts. Aber das Zimmer insbesondere das Bad war nicht sauber und das ist unangenehm.

7.0La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación internacional del tren St Pacras, cerca de muchas estaciones del metro. Cerca de las atracciones turísticas más importantes (caminando 30 minutos). El personal es muy bueno y atento.
− La cama era muy muy muy pequeña. El lavamanos se quedaba estancado, la recepcionista me comentó que pasa siempre en esa habitación, pero es incómodo tener el lava manos lleno de agua. Hubo una mala información en los horarios de desayuno, ya que solo hay dos horas en las que puedes tomarlo y cuando llegué me dijeron YA CERRAMOS COCINA.
No hot water, don't stay here unless that doesn't bother you.
4.02 of the 3 staff were really nice and friendly, breakfast was good, good location for where I wanted to be.
− No hot water for my entire stay, I advised staff on the first day and they said they would get it fixed but 2nd day still no hot water. On checking out I said that there was still no hot water and the manager (?) basically called me a liar, saying he had checked yesterday and today and my room had hot water - but it definitely did not. I wish I had time to go back to the room with him to prove the water was cold, but I was in a hurry so simply though oh I won't stay here again.
