5.0La proximité, la situation de l'hôtel... Buffet petit-déjeuner complet
− La vétusté de la salle de bain, le manque de qualité avec les serviettes de toilettes (trous), porte serviettes, brosse à WC... inexistants. Personnel de l'accueil ( aucune politesse à n'importe quelle heure de la journée), le bruit très présent (fenêtre donnant sur la rue).....

− Paying €700 for just three nights in this room was far too expensive for what we received. The room didn’t even have basic amenities such as slippers, a toothbrush, bottled water, or a kettle to make coffee. When I asked, they only provided a kettle from the reception, but it was not clean inside. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained and did not feel clean. Overall, the room was absolutely not worth the price we paid.
I would choose again to stay there as is close by the important attractions

− There was no kettle, toothbrush, slippers, bottled water, coffee, or tea in the rooms. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center. However, the two streets behind the hotel are in the El Raval area, which can feel a bit unsafe, so it’s worth being cautious when walking around there.
