9.0La struttura si trova in un palazzo, la camera era molto pulita e bella. Il personale manda tutto tramite whatsapp e le guide per il self check- in/out sono spiegate benissimo tramite passaggi e foto. Una volta arrivati in camera, vicino la finestra ho trovato un po’ d’acqua visto il diluvio in corso e ho segnalato al numero di Whatsapp, un signore (penso il proprietario) è stato gentilissimo e tempestivo a gestire il disguido.
