It was an excellent hotel with very helpful staff and adjacent to Covent Garden Piazza.

Location close to the heart of Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. All the staff went the extra mile to be helpful. Breakfast was well presented.

− Could be a new nuisance in wet weather to stay across the road to go for breakfast. But they do provide umbrellas!

− Небольшой номер и уютный номер, но очень не хватает шкафа для вещей. Он есть но такой маленький, что двоим взрослым людям невозможно ра положиться. Все вещи лежали по всему номеру и в чемодане. Это крайне неудобно

The Covent Garden location is unbeatable, and the hotel earns it

Some hotels coast on their address. The Henrietta has one of the best in London, tucked on Henrietta Street directly across from Covent Garden, and still puts in the work as if it were hidden down some alley nobody could find. This was a return stay for me, and the things that impressed the first time held up. The rooms are genuinely stylish rather than boutique-by-numbers, with plush, well-thought-out interiors that feel designed by someone who actually stays in hotels. Round-the-clock room service is a rarity at this size of property and it functioned flawlessly, which matters more than it should when you land late and hungry. But the location is the headline and deserves the detail: Covent Garden tube is a four-minute walk, the piazza and the Royal Opera House are on your doorstep, theatres surround you, and the British Museum is a pleasant fifteen-minute stroll. For a business trip it puts half of central London within walking distance; for anything else it puts you in the middle of the show. The street itself stays surprisingly calm at night given what's around the corner. The ground-floor bar and restaurant hold their own too, worth a visit even if you're not sleeping upstairs. Hard to fault and easy to rebook. In a city full of grand addresses, this small one on Henrietta Street is the one I keep coming back to.

I treat myself to a solo trip to London every couple of years and I like to stay here as it's very comfortable and quiet, and the location is central and feels safe for a woman travelling alone. This was the third time I have stayed here and this time I was given a beautiful room at the back overlooking the garden. I very much enjoyed my stay.

pour mon premier séjour de 5 jours à Londres, cela a été formidable, fantastique. tout était très agréable, la chambre parfaite, l'équipement, le service, le personnel disponible, accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service, adorable. le petit déjeuner était superbe délicieux, le restaurant le soir, parfait très bon, vraiment succulent. je garde un merveilleux souvenir, et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel, pour mon prochain séjour. cet hôtel propose des qualités de service haut de gamme, vraiment, pas comme certains qui affiche 4 ou 5 étoiles avec des prestations de 1 étoiles. vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés votre séjour sera divin. l'hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre, près de tout, un bonheur.
