10.0The location was phenomenal. The room was well appointed with every convenience- robes, slippers, music, air conditioning, cookies in the afternoon, bottled water and tea! Staff was so friendly and accommodating.
− No drawers to put things away. There was a wardrobe with a place to hang items and space where I would normally put shoes, but I placed my things there.
Fantastic hotel in a great location
9.0Well decorated, spacious room. The room was very clean and the hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was good with both a buffet and the option of ordering from an à la carte menu.
− It was a bit loud. Even though we didn’t face the busy street, the church bells ring throughout the night and you can very easily hear people in the hallway. Also, the new building isn’t accessibility friendly. You have to take stairs to get to the first landing with the elevator which is tiny. Confusing what was happening with the sinks. The first day the sink was clogged and they seemed to keep coming back to fix it. On the final night the drain stopper had been taken out completely and was just left in the sink. We also didn’t consistently get our towels replaced. It was confusing if they just had a policy of not replacing towels or not. Would have appreciated during checkout for them to ask if we needed a ride to the airport or help bringing out luggage somewhere since you have to drag your luggage through covent garden to a street. All minor things. The hotel overall was very nice. Would stay again

10.0Wir lieben London, besonders Soho und Covent Garden. Da liegt das Hotel perfekt. Es sind unzählige Restaurants und hübsche Geschäfte in der Gegend. Viele Theater kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Picadilly. Außerdem lieben wir den Art Deco Style des Hotels. Es ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle reizend und liebenswürdig. Abends bekommt man noch als Betthupferl leckere hausgemachte Kekse. Eine Nespresso Maschine ist auf dem Zimmer vorhanden und, was mich als Milchkaffeetrinkerin besonders freut, es gibt kleine Milchfläschchen für den Kaffee, die jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt werden. Endlich mal nicht die mickrigen Milchdöschen, oder noch schlimmer Milch in Pulverform. Eindeutig unser Lieblingshotel in London,

10.0The location is outstanding, situated walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops and things to do. The room was lovely. Very spacious for the size of the building. Extremely comfortable and quiet despite the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
