− Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Aber das steht so in der Beschreibung, der Fehler, nicht darauf zu achten, lag also auf unserer Seite.

10.0The staff were incredibly lovely, helpful and competent! The room was very clean and minimalistic - which I love as I don’t feel like I’m forgetting anything when I leave. Hotel in a great location - close to two major train lines.
A very comfortable and pleasant stay with wonderful attention to guests’ safety and comfort.
10.0Everything was great! The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the hotel was very well maintained. What I appreciated the most was how the staff handled the earthquake during our stay. They made a general announcement throughout the hotel, which was very reassuring and helped us feel much calmer and safer. It was a small but very thoughtful detail that I really appreciated.

10.0フロントスタッフの皆様が24時間丁寧に対応して頂きました。 翌朝のチェックイン前に自宅へ荷物を届けたく、深夜にも関わらず終始和かで救われる思いでした。 本当に助かりました。 電子タバコ専用の喫煙所が１階にあり、空調も効かせて匂い対策が万全でした。 朝食ビュッフェも充実していて美味しかったです。
− お部屋は申し分なく綺麗でした。 1つだけ、シャワーカーテンに匂いがあったのだけが残念でした。 全てのお部屋では無いと思います。
