1.0− The breakfast offering was misleading, as it turned out to be only a selection of snacks rather than a proper breakfast. In addition, I found bedbugs in the bed, which was very concerning and unacceptable.

8.0Good location close to the centre by public transport. Room was big and two beds, small fridge was convenient in the room. Really nice to have coffee/tea in the morning. Cleaner was really friendly.
− I did not have internet for the last 4 days...owner tried to fix it, and called the internet provider. But not solution was provided, and I paid 10€ extra for the bed linen in the other bed...that could have been free in our case. Room has a stove, so cooking could be possible just missing a pan, and few cooking tools. Room is not good isolated you can hear the train, and the ambulances all time. Place was not super clean, we found rubbish from previous guests. Beds are in a real bad shape you are bending to the middle and the bed linen has holes... Anyway after walking in Rome you fell asleep easily every night
