− Quatro funcional, mas dei azar com chuveiro que era difícil de regularizar temperatura. E o sofá cama achei antigo e desconfortável mesmo para crianças. E na data que me hospedei um dos elevadores estavam com problema, então demorava muito subir e descer.

9.0I like that it was quite clean quite comfortable very close to airport and also to Dolphin Mall The stuff was good. I’m friendly and it was quite good.

− La general manager del hotel tiene muy mala actitud para atender al huésped. Una mañana fui a decir que el día anterior, cuando hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación, no colocaron jabón de tocador ni gel de ducha ya que se había terminado, a lo que la Sra Greicy, quien ni siquiera respondió mis “buenos días”, primero corrigió mi pronunciación del inglés cuando le dije que no habían colocado el “shower gel”, y luego me preguntó que cuándo había llegado al hotel y si me habían informado que la limpieza era interdiaria. Por supuesto me molesté y le pregunté qué tenía que ver su pregunta con mi requerimiento??? Luego puse un reclamo con otra de las managers.
Hotel bien ubicado, pero con algunas deficiencias!
7.0La ubicación del hotel es buena en Doral, y la habitación tiene un buen tamaño y distribución, estaba limpia.
− El Lobby del Hotel esta poco iluminado, lo que genera un ambiente un tanto oscuro que no es agradable, durante toda nuestra estadía estuvo funcionando 1 solo ascensor, el otro estuvo dañado, lo que era insuficiente para movilizar los huéspedes. La habitación también tenía una ilumunación un poco deficiente principalmente en el área cerca de la entrada, donde esta ubicado el sofá y escritorio. El desayuno es bastante deficiente, tuvimos que desayunar todos los días fuera de el hotel.
