From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to Vincet, the Duty Manager. His professionalism, dedication, kindness, and sincere care for guests made a remarkable difference to our vacation. He was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. We are especially grateful for his support and warm attitude. The location of the resort is absolutely perfect. It offers a beautiful private beach with soft sand, clear water, breathtaking ocean views, and a peaceful atmosphere. It is an ideal place to relax and recharge away from the noise and crowds. The entire property is impeccably maintained. The gardens are lush and beautiful, and every area of the resort, including the rooms, restaurants, pools, and beach, is spotless. The level of cleanliness is truly exceptional. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality dishes every day. Everything was beautifully presented and prepared with great care, making every meal a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, elegant, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and every detail reflected the high standards of the resort. Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort is a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality. Not the first time we stayed there. Melia keeps very high standards. People who work there are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. And you see it in everything. Hotel is well maintained and has great green territory.
