6.0Staffs are nice and helpful. Check in process was a bit strange because they did not have a record of my reservation first until they checked email (probably of Expedia). I experienced Power outage every hour, which needed a staff coming to reboot the fuse box. Not much hot water in shower.

8.0Nach einer lauten Nacht konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist einfach reizend und hilfsbereit; das Hotel ist zwar nahe am Königspalast, aber durch die ruhige Lage fehlt Infrastruktur wie Restaurants etc. Leider gab es am Morgen kein warmes Wasser.
