Très bel hôtel avec des prestations très complètes et très bon personnel
10.0Cet hôtel a un très beau design, un personnel, nombreux, souriant, charmant et serviable. Les prestations sont un très bon niveau vraiment au top. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux filles et la chambre familiale était parfaite. Nous avons profité de la piscine extérieure un peu fraîche mais agréable et d’un très bon petit-déjeuner. Nous avons même planifié un massage.

Iets buiten Sapa met prachtig uitzicht
10.0Het is een luxe accommodatie met een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen en de vallei. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt is prima. Het ligt iets lopen van het centrum maar het uitzicht is het meer dan waard

Thought we were in Europpe!
10.0Such a gorgeous hotel! Felt like we were in a cabin in the Swiss Alps. We had a 2 storey family room and it was massive! Loved the location being just a bit out of the crazy busy streets.
− Buffet breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but we never went hungry!
