10.0Staff were very accommodating. Loved the water bottle stations on each floor. Room was very large for NYC - we were very impressed. The local welcome goodies in the room upon arrival were an unexpected treat. Can’t wait to visit again!

10.0Everything about the property was great for the price range. We arrived at 8am after an 8 hour flight hoping to just take a shower before killing time until check-in & the lady at reception managed to check us in early. A shower & power nap set us up for a great day & trip. We left NYC on a late night flight & the hotel happily let us use their facilities to shower in preparation for 10 hours of flying.
