5.0Staðsetningin var góð og starfsfólkið í móttökunni brosmilt og leiðbeinandi.
− Lyftan var biluð eða ekki hægt að nota. Stigarnir upp voru þröngir og því ekki gott að fara upp á eftir hæðir með töskurnar. Rúmið var hart. Svo var það sem var mikilvægast er að mygla var í lofti sérstaklega í baðherberginu og fúkkalykt í herbergi og á gangi.
