9.0La posizione, la camera luminosa e lo staff cordiale
− Non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di notare la presenza di calcare (se non ruggine) nel rubinetto del lavandino del bagno. Inoltre anche sul muro vicino ai tavolini, affianco al letto, abbiamo trovato dei segni abbastanza evidenti. Tralasciando questi due punti negativi, per il resto struttura impeccabile.

7.0Posizione centralissima, nei pressi di piazza di Spagna. Perfetta la sistemazione per una famiglia essendo caratterizzata da due camere comunicanti ognuna con rispettivo bagno privato.
− La colazione non è stata organizzata nella struttura (non nella sala con soffitto a cassettoni che si vedeva nelle foto di presentazione dell'hotel), ma in un albergo distaccato a circa 80 metri di distanza. La stanza adibita e preparata per il servizio a buffet della colazione, era molta piccola e pertanto affollata di persone.

8.0Wij kwamen toe na 'openingsuren' van de receptie en dat werd goed geregeld zodat onze aankomst vlot verliep met code en sleutelkluisje. Super locatie tussen de Spaanse trappen en de Trevifontein maar ook op wandelafstand van verschillende andere populaire bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt is in nabijgelegen trevihotel, degelijk ontbijt. Kamer is netjes en wordt dagelijks goed onderhouden. Aangenaam dat er een klein balkon aan een van de kamers was.
− De gekoppelde kamer heeft veel deuren die in elkaars weg opendraaien wat zorgt voor beperkte ruimtes en onhandige bewegingsruimte. Zeer harde matras.

− The noise that came from the jazz club & our very rude neighbours that came in at 10.30pm with their family 2 rooms. They were extremely loud, and laughing & very obnoxious! I tapped on the wall & heard them outside their rooms & politely asked to shhh! They just ignored me. I mentioned to the front desk guy next day & he didn’t seem to care too much
