1.0nothing but nightmare....！！！ all insects inside the room from screen door gap at night, terrible hundreds of that little things
− they have no hot water no air conditioner, no refrigerator, no drinking water even u pay for except $100 bath for refrigerator that I did & $30 bath for drinking water. every single thing counting on money.....add on....

1.0− En une semaine alors que je faisais un long séjour, le personnel du restaurant m’a servi 3 fois des choses pas acceptable (salade de fruit à 180 bath que des bananes sous le yaourt ; un autre jour , ananas pourris je le signale gentiment (même si j’ai pas apprécier de me taper une acidité au pdj, le serveur me le change par la même chose, je le rappelle et lui demande de goûter et à nouveau il m a dit pour la 3eme fois « si tu n’es pas content t’as qu’à aller manger ailleurs » sachant qu hors saison il vous faut marcher 30 minutes pour aller au prochain restaurant. Et biensur ils vous font payer ses plats immangeable ! Ce n’est pas acceptable de se faire parler comme ça ! Booking devrait avoir un service qualité qui audite les hôtels ! L’emplacement est bien, il ne faut pas avoir peur des chauves souries qui vivent par centaines dans les arbres de l hôtel. Ce qui fait pas mal de bruit la nuit .

7.0Traumhaft schöne Lage direkt am buffalo beach ..die cottages in ersten Reihe sind gut...es kamen einige nette tierchen ins Badezimmer da nach oben offen...ratten.riesengeckos ...heiss u trinkwasser steht zur freien Entnahme...
− Reinigung erfolgt nur bei Anfrage....Lärmbelästigung durch einfahrende scooter u teils von Touristen erzeugt laute music...da wäre es Aufgabe der Besitzer dies zu ändern....

10.0La ubicación en la mejor playa de la isla, justo en frente del mar. Los empleados buenisimos, siemprw dispuestos a ayudar. El restaurant estaba muy bien, un poco más caro que los otros, pero eso siempre es de esperar en un restaurante con vista al mar.
− Al bungalow le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento.
