3.0Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Amsterdam, avec plusieurs possibilités de restauration à proximité. L’accueil a été agréable dans l’ensemble.
− Un tarif excessif pour des prestations décevantes 294 € la nuit pour deux personnes, sans petit-déjeuner, je trouve cela vraiment abusé ! Je comprends que les tarifs augmentent à l’occasion du marathon d’Amsterdam, mais encore faudrait-il que les prestations soient à la hauteur du prix demandé. Le petit-déjeuner n’est même pas proposé, même si l’on souhaite le payer en supplément car les horaires ne sont même pas modifiée.. Aucun équipement dans la chambre, pas même une cafetière ou une bouilloire. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas en raison d’un problème d’antenne. Concernant la salle de bain, la douche est mal conçue : l’eau se retrouve partout, jusque dans les toilettes, ce qui oblige à nettoyer après chaque utilisation. De plus, aucun passage du personnel pour refaire la chambre ou changer les draps le deuxième jour. Je peux comprendre une augmentation des prix lors d’un événement important, mais dans ce cas, il serait appréciable que l’hôtel adapte ses services ou propose quelques attentions supplémentaires pour justifier ce tarif. Payer plus cher pour avoir aussi peu de prestations, c’est vraiment décevant. Dommage, car l’emplacement de l’hôtel est pourtant un véritable atout pour visiter Amsterdam.

8.0Et super godt beliggende hotel, tæt på sporvogn og i et meget hyggeligt kvarter. Personalet super søde! Rigtig god seng, godt formiddagsværelse mod gaden m sol ind, men ikke generet af støj fra gaden. Anbefales!
Great stay, great location with amazing restaurants and bars at stumble distance.
10.0To put it simply, I made a mistake in the booking about the room size. Due to delays in flights we arrived late and discovered that we were allocated a very small room. The reception staff were really helpful but didn't have the authority to change it. The next morning, over a coffee in their excellent coffeeshop, the owner went out of his way to give us a larger room so we could work. The level of service and helpfulness from all staff is way beyond the regular 'chain' hotel attitude.
