6.0THE ROOM WAS QUITE BIG, FURNITURE SHOULD BE MORE MODERN FOR AN HOTEL WHO WAS REMODELATED IN THE RECENT YEARS. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD FOR THE STANDART OF EUROPEAN HOTELS. LOCATION WAS WONDERFUL.NOT A GREAT AREA BUT NEXT TO THE MAIN TRAIN STATION
− THE BATH ROOM HAS A BATH TUB THAT TO GET IN YOU SHOULD JUMP, SOMETHING NOT EASY FOR A 81 YEARS OLD PERSON

10.0Ótima localização, bem perto da Estação Termini. Dá pra conhecer tudo a pé, mas se não quiser caminhar, a estação está ali pertinho, com ônibus e metrô o dia inteiro. Excelente custo benefício. Academia boa. Café da manhã farto. Quarto grande.

Comfortable night's stay, great location, breakfast and staff.
7.0Great breakfast, room was spacious and bed comfortable. Great location to Termini rail and metro, and restaurants. Very helpful front desk and cleaning staff.
− Shower controls were difficult to operate and faulty. Television reception was poor and hard to operate the two televisions. We basically gave up on the TV. Elevator was slow and broke a couple of times during our 5 day stay.
