9.0The hotel is amazing, beuatiful, spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and landmarks.
− Breakfast was good, but for a hotel of this standard, we felt that it could have been better. We also missed having a gym at the hotel, or alternatively an arrangement with a nearby fitness center for guests.
It is great to be there
10.0I put 4 stars because they lost 2of my tshirts in the laundry. It was the last day, I didn’t open the very nice package they send me and I notice in Venice. I call them and they say I didn’t send them. It was very frustrating. I wait until the last day to continue traveling with clean clothes and I continue with less clothes .
