Rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini söylediler. yeniden rezervasyon yapmayı teklif ettiler. ücretini dahi ödediğimi defalarca söylememe, mobil uygulamadan ve booking'ten göstermeme rağmen Booking ile görüşmemi, yaptıgım ödemenin kendilerine ulaşmadıgını söylediler. 1 saate yakın beklettiler ve sonunda rezervasyonumun mevcut oldugu ve ödememi yapmış oldugum anlaşıldı. Bu konuda ısrar etmesem yeniden rezervasyon oluşturup iki katı para alacaklardı benden. Bu konuyu hiç sevmedim, personel de yapıcı yaklaşmadı.
