5.0Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une hôte sympathique, agréable et très réactive. Le logement est très bien situé.
− Certains équipements mériteraient d’être revus : la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et la climatisation était vraiment inefficace, ce qui a été particulièrement gênant avec la chaleur. Quelques détails et équipements vieillissants mériteraient également d’être améliorés.

− Non mi è piaciuto affatto il comportamento della struttura. Avevamo prenotato delle camere e, poco prima dell'arrivo, siamo stati spostati in un'altra struttura con la motivazione di un presunto "problema tecnico". Una giustificazione che è apparsa fin da subito poco credibile e che ci ha portati a soggiornare altrove, allo stesso prezzo, senza alcun vantaggio. Inoltre, una delle camere presentava un frigorifero malfunzionante che perdeva acqua sul pavimento. Il problema non è stato risolto dal personale: siamo stati noi a dover intervenire staccando la spina per evitare ulteriori disagi. Un'esperienza che lascia molto a desiderare. Professionalità, trasparenza e serietà sono aspetti che questa struttura dovrebbe rivedere profondamente.
Struttura discreta, ma l’accoglienza e la cortesia del personale hanno inciso negativamente sulla mia esperienza.
5.0La camera era pulita e nel complesso la struttura è ordinata. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il Vaticano e le principali attrazioni della zona.
− L’aspetto che mi ha deluso maggiormente è stato il comportamento della ragazza addetta alle pulizie. Ero in ritardo di circa dieci minuti rispetto all’orario previsto per lasciare la camera e, invece di ricevere un approccio cordiale, sono stata chiamata per nome con un tono e uno sguardo che ho percepito come ostili e intimidatori. Mi sono sentita profondamente a disagio e trattata con poca gentilezza, nonostante un ritardo così contenuto. Anche il resto dello staff mi è sembrato piuttosto freddo e poco disponibile, senza quell’accoglienza che ci si aspetta durante un soggiorno. Inoltre, dalle foto mi aspettavo una sistemazione più luminosa: la vista era praticamente inesistente e affacciava su un ambiente chiuso, dando la sensazione di trovarsi in una stanza senza una vera finestra. È stato un soggiorno che, dal punto di vista umano, mi ha lasciato molta amarezza.

7.0The maid lady was very nice and cleaned the room very beautifully.
− But the bathroom condition was poor, toilet flush broken, wall shelf wobbly, no hangers in the wardrobe. For the manager they are easy-fix things which should be addressed.
