10.0The location of the guest house is perfect, close to a mall, Engen convenience centre, and fast food outlets. My room was very clean. I booked in the winter season and I had told the staff that I won't spend time in the afternoon of my 2nd day there, but I will be back in the evening. On arrival around 8pm from my afternoon errands, I found the aircon on with the room already warmed up. I truly found that to be a lovely gesture given that when I came back I was really cold. I recommend this guesthouse, you definitely get your value for money.
