10.0Trendy, well located hotel with a vibe! The location is hard to beat (very close to cool coffee shops, clothing shops, and it’s very well connected). Other highlights included the pillows and shower pressure.

− Unfortunately, my experience was seriously affected by a security issue surrounding my booking. After making my reservation, I was contacted by two separate fraudulent parties who had access to specific details relating to my stay and used that information to send convincing payment requests. The messages appeared legitimate enough that I initially provided payment information before realising they were fraudulent and immediately freezing my card. Given the level of booking-specific information these parties had, I was extremely concerned about how my personal and reservation data had been accessed. Regardless of where the security breach occurred, this left me feeling very vulnerable and significantly impacted my trust in the booking process. I would strongly encourage the hotel and its booking partners to investigate how guest information is being accessed and ensure stronger safeguards are in place. There was very little reassurance, no clear explanation of what would be done to investigate the matter, and no meaningful follow-up. Given that this involved my personal and financial security, I would have expected a much more proactive and reassuring response.
