A relaxing and pleasant stay with great service and a beautiful environment.
10.0We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the resort. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with decent variety, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable.
− Everything was mostly great. A little improvement in WiFi speed and more breakfast options would make the experience even better.

− The first impression of the resort was good. Friendly employee behind the counter. However, we had a lot of problems with the poorly functioning air conditioning. The resort is located 15 minutes walk from the center of Vang Vieng. With the high temperatures this was just a bit too far. Furthermore, the staff was downright rude during breakfast. The ladies were only on their phones with the volume at the highest setting. They also only cleaned up sparingly. We stayed here 4 nights and every morning the same breakfast with zero variety. Every morning from 5 o'clock you hear different animals screaming. They really wake you up.

Gorgeous views, lovely accommodating staff, nice pool, quiet end of town.
9.0Super friendly staff that were very accommodating. Resort was kept incredibly clean. Fantastic value for money. The resort is located a 5 minute walk past the busy main street which keeps it quiet, with gorgeous views of the hot air balloons at dusk and dawn. Beds are firm and really large. Pool is a good size and very clean.
