Location is great, close the the Spanish Steps and walkable to many top spots. Doorman Pasquale is a really nice man, and if super friendly. Apartment is spacious and relatively clean (except for the opened tea box with loose tea bags probably handled bare hands by previous guests). The decorative egg shaped light that you need to pull the cabinet to turn off since the switch doesn't work, the no shelf or ledge in those beautiful bathrooms, so hold your shampoo in hand while washing your hair or the non functional TV remote. Oh and the bonus "discount" $100 off on future stay provided we book directly. A basic scheme to bypass booking.com masquerading as a goodwill since they messed up this time. Reality is its about 13-17% off on 2 nights and under 9% off on 3 or more nights, when they'll save much more bypassing booking fees and taxes (i.e. it won't cost them a cent or even will make more money). Again made to look like they care.

− If you are considering Propaganda Suites because of its location and its one of the most expensive options on Booking.com with near-perfect ratings, TURN BACK NOW We booked this property expecting a top-tier luxury experience for our family during an extreme 40°C (104°F) August heatwave in Rome. What we got was an overpriced, self-service stress test managed by an invisible host who views basic climate control as a personal favor. The "Host" Experience & Hidden Surcharges Do not expect to actually meet the host. Despite sending a barrage of preemptive messages requesting our flight details to "welcome us," they never showed up, delegating key handoff to the building doorman. Instead of real service, you are treated to a predatory fee structure designed to nickel-and-dime you at every turn: Late Check-In Penalties: Arrive after 7:00 PM and you’ll pay €50 to €80 extra. God forbid your flight is delayed. Luggage Storage: €30 just to leave your bags. The Main Event: A 31°C (88°F) Sauna We arrived in 40°C heat to find the apartment suffocatingly hot. The AC was blowing weak air, but the doorman assured us it would "catch up" while we were at dinner. When we returned, the bedroom was a staggering 30°C (88°F). No one slept. My children spent the night with severe headaches, exhausted and groggy. When texted, the owner’s response was utter gaslighting: they claimed it was "too hot outside for any AC to work," bizarrely adding that even local supermarkets couldn't cool off. The next day, after adding freon or "gas" as owner called it :), the owner actually complained to me about the €700 repair bill as if guests are financially or emotionally responsible for the basic maintenance of a high end rental before they even arrive. The room eventually got down to 25°C on night two, but the damage was done.

Mooi appartement op absolute toplocatie

-Toplocatie aan de Spaanse trappen, je kan alle sites te voet doen. Enkel op terugweg van de Vaticaanse musea namen we een keertje de metro, het metrostation is om de hoek. - rustig appartement, totaal geen straatlawaai - goede bedden en ruime badkamer - goede wifi - grote parking Saba galleria Borghese buiten ztl op wandelafstand

− We misten een paar kleinigheden: - droogrekje voor was (er is een wasmachine/droogkast maar ik hang delicate stoffen liever op) - wat meer koffie, toiletpapier en een keukenhanddoek zouden handig zijn Als je het appartement met vier huurt, slapen twee personen op een (groot en comfortabel) zetelbed maar dan is er geen zitplaats meer tenzij aan tafel.
