Was close to Madison square Garden which was the reason we went.
7.0It was a great location. Close to everything. We went for the Harry Styles concert at Madison Square Garden which was only a 5 minute walk. The staff was very friendly.
− The lighting in the bathroom was awful. If you have to put make up on bring a make up mirror or light to use. And the room was so hot and stuffy. We had to wake up continuously throughout the night to restart the A/C just to stay cool. I had to pick something up off the floor that I dropped and in between the bed was so much dust all over everything and trash all over the floor so obviously the floor hadn’t been swept in awhile.

Great location let down by poor billing

− Staff told me I would have $20 credit in nearby cafe yet I was still charged for it on checkout, despite me checking twice. I raised this via booking.com but it was completely ignored. Also they kept charging my card for extra nights and then refunded it - no other hotel has such messy reconciliation

− Unser Zimmer war relativ laut. Es fehlte eine Sitzmöglichkeit und es gab keinen Kühlschrank und keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Estupendo alojamiento y bien ubicado
8.0Me gustó que está cerca de todo y además con buenas conexiones de metro a pocos metros del hotel.
− No me gustó que me cobrasen 50$ por noche en calidad de franquicia (esperemos no tener problemas para la devolución) a pesar de que en las condiciones de booking decían que sería un pago único de 100$ y encima parece que no la devuelven hasta 15 dias después de la salida.
