7.0Friendly staff, the lady who stayed back to meet us, messaged to check on us. Clean, fast wi-fi. Complimentary 2 water bottles. Accomodating late check-in.
− Lift, too small. Would be good if it’d been mentioned in the description for those with pram and etc, because to reach the lift, first need to go through the stairs.

Good enough place to stay in a crazy busy city like Rome
7.0Room was clean and there was a private shower in the unit. Location is within walking distance of Roma Termini train station which is very convenient for getting around the city and to the airport.

7.0Good location to Roma Terminal. It was clean and the shower room spotless
− Difficulty in finding it at first. The lift to the 5th floor was scary and very tight. I appreciate it was an old building.
Better than first impressions
8.0First impression we thought we made a mistake, not our sort of hotel. But after the first night our thoughts changed. It was a very nice place to stay. The balcony room did make a big difference.
− The access lift scared my wife, everytime she had to use it. Rooms not sound isolated. Barhroom a bit small.
