Service was very good and the gentleman at the front desk works very hard. From handling luggage delivery to serving breakfast, he was very accommodating. Rooms are very well sized in an excellent location. Reasonably priced given it's only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum with many dining options just outside.

− Only issue was one of our rooms, the air conditioning wasn't very cold, but all our other rooms were fine and very comfortable. The property is a bit worn and could use a refresh.

The location, it's very central and only 5 minutes away from the Collosium. There are also lots of restaurants and cafés close by.

− We were checked in by a young lady who seemed like she didn't want us there or want to be there herself. She barley spoke to us, just huffed and puffed her way through everything. When your met by a host/receptionist you want to feel welcomed and we weren't. It was a quick hi, name, i need your credit card and passports. Once checked in we were told breakfast at the hotel would only be in the hotel on Sunday morning from 7.30am, for the rest of our stay we were told we would be given tokens each morning and have to walk to a cafe 2 min down the road. I thought this was very strange and that made me think there were staff issues. The Sunday morning breakfast was really disappointing not as advertised online. Stale croissants, biscuits & cake, a couple juices & toast, there was DIY nespresso coffee. The staff all hid in the back and I could hear them chatting behind a closed door, it felt very awkward. One girl brought me the toast, which was a poor quality sliced white bread,, there was no butter or jam so I didn't eat it. The following day we took our tokens for the breakfast down the street, this was even more disappointing. We were immediately treated like an inconvenience because we had tokens and I'mguessing from what we recieved the hotel were paying the bare minimum. We were given a crossant each, juice, coffee & a ham/cheese toastie, we didn't get a choice, we were simply told that'swhat you're getting. If your going to send guests to a cafe with tokens they should be up to a monetary value so guests can choose their own breakfast, if they go over the token value then they just pay the balance. Again not the breakfast advertised from the hotel. The hotel has a lot of scuff marks, on walls and furniture making the paint work look cheap. There is also a very strange smell which is like damp carpets or something aroubd the whole place. Stains on all the carpets. Our room was ok, clean.

It was very disappointing overall and I would not stay there again.

Th cappuccino and fruit at the breakfast and the fact that it wasn’t far from the coliseum. The room was quite big for myself and two teenagers.

− The air conditioning didn’t work, the tub was filthy and backed up, the staff was not accommodating and didn’t care that the air conditioning was broken. The shower was right in the room with no door or curtain and I was staying with my two teenagers. There’s a bar right below the window and there were about 50 people out there screaming each night, even weekdays.

Very comfortable room & great staff.

The staff were very helpful & nothing was a problem. It’s in an excellent location with cafes & restaurants nearby.

− The open shower room over bath in the room did not suit us. However this was not a big issue & did not spoil our stay.
