− Mijn vrouw werd bij de eerste nacht ziek en toen waren we genoodzaakt om terug naar huis te gaan. Helaas geen refund van de tweede nacht. Zelfs geen tegoedbon of iets. Ik vind dit totaal geen empathische of persoonlijke service en geeft ons dus een rot gevoel. Dit valt ons echt tegen.
