− Camerele nu sunt curate, in una din camere se repara aerul conditionat si era foarte mult praf, am solicitat schimbarea camerei avand copii cu noi.

Pools and breakfast and location

− Nasty bathroom we didn’t shower sorry. Toilet was stinky and a lot of air fresheners in the room we slept with balkony open.

There wasnt much that was good about this property apart from the thermal bath in the room.

− Firstly I genuinely think Booking.com should either take out such properties off their list or atleast have some kind of audit to ensure the photos actually match the property. Yes, we were traveling during off peak season but hotel was in very poor condition. The photos on the booking.com page go back almost 10 years and the property doesnt look or feel anything like the photos. - The person at the checkin counter hardly spoke English and used chatgpt to translate from Turkish to English. Not ideal, but acceptable. We had a bit of a struggle to get connected to wifi but managed - When we went down to the restaurant we picked 2 things off the menu, a pasta tomato sauce and a mix grill. Wrong decision, it took the cook 45 mins to get our dishes ready (we were the only ppl in the restaurant) and the meat was raw and the pasta was absolutely horrible. My kids refused to have another spoon and we left to go to a restaurant. We had to pay 23 euros for this horrible meal. - The condition of the inside pool and thermal bath was abysmal. It was poorly lit, with huge holes in the ceiling where there shoul have been lights/lamps. The cleanilness left a lot to be desired - Breakfast was abysmall. Boiled eggs were over by 8:45, the soup was cold without any heating turned on, the bread seemed stale. All in all, if there was a guide on how not to run a hotel, this would be it. - The morning prayer from the next door mosque doesnt help if you intend on sleeping in late, but we had read about this and i dont think they can do anything about it, but it was inconvenient as well. - To top it all, it wasnt cheap, we paid a fair amount or a single night stay in what was without a doubt our most lousy experience on this entire trip to Turkey.

For the price is ok, but spa is bit loud word for this hotel.

Experience to sit in hot thermal pool outside in the middle of the winter and then jump to swimming pool is absolutely unforgettable. Room was good and had everything you can expect from a hotel room. Beds are comfy. Also bathroom has separate tap for thermal water. Balcony had nice view to the pools lot of room and table with chairs. Breakfast was eatable. Location cannot get anymore central and has parking. You can use inside pools all night long as well.

− WI-FI simply non existent. We tried to connect per instructions, it didn't work. I came down for help, staff member connected me, but when i reach my room this network wasn't available anymore. Probably it only works downstairs. Basement where Inner pools are located definitely need some serious repairments. All old and rusty. However if these facilities were in better condition i assume price would be higher as well. But indeed you can spend sometimes sitting in thermal bath there. There is hammam but it was simply cold room you cannot use anyhow as per purpose. No 15 min of advertised free massage were provided.
