7.0Mirrors were brilliant tho was getting ready for a wedding and had a big mirror in bedroon for doing my hair, with plug socket next to it. Great mirror in bathroom perfect for doing make up
− The bed was awful like sleeping on a wooden block, so we didnt sleep well
Very disappointing and risky
1.0The location of the hotel was conveniently located near where I was traveling
− The cleanliness of the place. Couldn't sleep all night. The beds were infested with bed bugs. I had to relocate myself and the kids in the middle of the night.

− Only 1 bath towel in room. had to ask for more, even then, we didnt get a hand towel Stray rubber glove on wardrobe Room too hot. Shower - hard to regulate heat - was cold for my wife, but scalding hot for me. Hard to turn on and off. Oh, and teh bifold shower door kept on opening into the shower during use, flooding the floor Staff we no where to be seen Room too Hot

1.0Room was cleanish but very very basic tepid hot water very small sink and shower not very inviting no bath so washed in small shallow sink .small room door had an unsafe lock on it (no metal stiking plate for lock to engage when locked .we wont be making any return visits .very overpriced for poor quality rooms and musty smells throughout the premises .

3.0The room I insisted upon being moved to was OK.
− Middle of a heatwave: no A/C and no available fans to move the air in the absolute sweatbox I was put in initially. One young and pleasant member of staff manning the whole hotel from what I could see. Eventually reallocated a slightly cooler room which had no running hot water. A hotel at the fag-end of its usefulness.
