10.0The room was amazing, in royal stile and also include one bottle of the vine, Vicky, amaretto, a lot of snack. Also the was cofee machine, soft drinks, include water and some stuff for bath. As well shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair drier, etc.

10.0Very clean , hospitality , Veruska greeted us kindly at our arrival we had a bottle of wine and a complete bar fridge and snacks Offered to us for free She was very accommodating and we had breakfast in room service
− No elevator if you have heavy luggage, but that didn’t bother us

10.0Well located the staff were amazing. Offering restaurant suggestions and above and beyond service. Our bed was so comfortable, the room had lots of extras snacks and minibar all included to make our stay wonderful.
