Vacation ruined
1.0The location was good, nice places to eat in the area.
− The worst thing are bed bugs :( we informed the host about them, he kindly ask not to post this opinion since he needed to handle the situation. We trusted him. The inspection shown eggs in the room, we kindly ask for a partial refund since we needed to clean our staff professionally while still being on holidays. Not the mention the burden of being bitten all over our bodies. Host offered a small refund in the first place, then deleted the messages and started to threat us, being aggressive in the communication, trying to put the blame on us. We reported it to booking, we also informed the host about our steps, he now threatens to put us on a black list of booking guests. The room looks far better on the pictures, that in does in reality. Our towels were stinky and we asked to have them changed. The place is run down, there are multiple smudges on the walls. We only managed to get into our stay thanks to guests that were already at the property. We were not informed that we should call the host, since we already have him our time or arrival. In a cold tone he asked us why we didn’t call, as if we were an inconvenience.
