1.0− It’s very far from West Yellowstone. Usually it takes 50 minutes to drive there without traffic. The lodge is very old and dirty. There was a strong smell when we entered it. The sheet was dirty too, and the bedside table was covered by trash and dust. There was leftover behind the coach from the last customer, which hadn’t been cleaned up before giving the room to us. There was no service. We didn’t see any lodge employees during the two days there. The breakfast offered bread, milk, and some fruit with the poor quality. The room was small, with a lot of requirements and restrictions regarding shower time, toilet, and even kitchen, culinary, microwave, and food time. The kitchen was opened to use, but cookers were old, and half of the cookers were broken, such as water boilers and stove. We could feel a strong smell of gas when other customers were cooking, which was dangerous. We didn’t understand why this kind of poor quality lodge still charged a high price. We didn’t find it had a good value and would never come back again.

− STAIRS...too hard for older guests. Room was not prepared for extra person...no sheets for floor mattress and no extra towels.

− Sound insulation is almost absent Breakfast is really awful - they say "continental breakfast", but in reality it's just some food in the fridge that you have to cook by yourself and then clean the table and dishes Internet has limited bandwith - strange to see it in the times of Starlink
