4.0Fui muito bem atendida pelo Gustavo e Juan. Tive um problema com o hóspede de cima e o Juan foi muito atencioso e me trocou de quarto para o último andar O café da manhã é ok. Não é muito farto e sempre está acabando as coisas, mas o pessoal está sempre repondo também
− O isolamento acústico pros andares superiores não é bom. Por isso tive que pedi pra trocar de quarto. Como eu disse, os dois funcionários foram muito atenciosos, mas eu também já tinha enviado um pedido pela mensagem no Booking pedindo pra me colocar no andar mais alto, então eu não precisaria trocar de quarto caso tivesse lido minha mensagem e me respondido. Falta tomadas no quarto. Tem somente 3 e nenhuma perto das camas. Eu poderia relevar tudo isso, porque foram só 2 noites e o hotel esta bem cheio, mas o que me indignou e achei muita falta de respeito foi eu querer voltar pro quarto depois do café da manhã e terem entrado no quarto pra limpar mesmo eu tendo deixado a placa pra não entrar. E se eu tivesse deixado objetos de valor no quarto? O funcionário ia abrir meu quarto e depois fingir que nada aconteceu? E se alguém ainda estivesse no quarto dormindo? Eu não tinha feito o check out ainda. A ideia do self check out é ótima, mas precisa de um sistema de verificação pra saber quando o hóspede realmente fez o check out. Eu subi depois do café antes das 10 da manhã. Eu poderia muito bem querer ficar mais 2 horas no quarto se eu quisesse Considero essa atitude muito desrespeitosa, egoísta e até ilegal. Não volto nesse hotel por isso
