1.0− Quartos sujos, problemas com chave eletrônica, preço alto pelo retorno do serviço. Chuveiro sem Box, cama ruim, sem tomadas no lado da cama. Funcionários não tem culpa, mas o hotel deixa muito a desejar.

− Mala conexionde internet en el 5to piso no llegaba señal de wifi
Se fossem mais receptivos na RECEPÇÃO creio que seria mais atrativo.
6.0Conforto opções de restaurantes perto
− Auto atendimento no saguão, recepcionista nada empático (notei que perfil Ibis) nos passam o que é questionado deixando claro a insatisfação de serem questionados. Ex. Informei que a porta de um dos quartos estava aberta, estando escuro, ele fez uma cara "o que vc tem haver com isso?" E aindafalou mas tem alguem la? LOGICO QUE EU NAO ENTREI avisei por questão de segurança. Ai ele falou.. ah so esta avisando virou e atendeu outra pessoa.. Outra coisa o Banheiro esta cheio de GOTEIRAS no forro. Impossível nao molhar o cabelo, sai pela lâmpada laterais e acaba saindo para fora do lavatório.
