− Local para o café da manhã, em um dia de lotação máxima, fica complicado pra conseguir tomar um café.

7.0Da localização, próxima à estação do metrô, restaurantes, lanchonetes, padarias, farmácias, avenida Paulista etc.
− Da falta de higiene dos talheres disponíveis para o café da manhã. Hospedei-me por 16 dias neste hotel e por vários dias encontrei talheres mal lavados, com restos de alumentos impregnados. Da climatização deficiente, passando a impressão de que o sistema estava funcionando só com a ventilação, sem o aquecimento, pois em dias mais frios ficava muito desconfortável.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization in order to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is in the company of his parents.
Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet (Dogs and Cats), with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 30 tax and must be paid upon check-in. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in.
