− Extremely Disappointing Stay . Not Worth the Hype or the Price Our recent stay at Adrak Summer Sand Hill Resort was a major letdown and completely ruined the mood of our trip to Vagamon. The property is extremely poorly maintained, with just two staff members struggling to manage the entire hotel. It was clear from the start that guest comfort is not a priority here. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures, it was dusty, unclean, and in desperate need of maintenance. Despite paying for an extra bed, it was never provided. Repeated requests were ignored, and the staff showed little interest in resolving any issues. Their attitude was far from courteous or professional. The so-called complimentary breakfast was unacceptable, only two items were available: dosa with watery, tasteless sambar and poori served with undercooked potato masala. To make things worse, there were no basic amenities like drinking water bottles in the room. This resort is clearly running on neglect and mismanagement. It felt like we were left to fend for ourselves. For the price they charge, this experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise future travellers to think twice before booking this property
