− Das Frühstück war leider das schlechteste unseres vierwöchigen Urlaubs. Die Zimmer ausgesprochen nüchtern und schlicht.

A decent option for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement
7.0The room was renovated, clean, and well-maintained. The service was good and the staff were helpful. The pool looked very inviting, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the main road.
− The mattresses were extremely firm, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The hotel should consider replacing them or at least adding mattress toppers. Breakfast was quite basic and could be improved. We didn’t notice any nearby cafés or restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the gym looked a bit neglected and could use some maintenance.

10.0Die Anlage ist traumhaft gelegen in einem tropischen Garten. Alles ist harmonisch und idyllisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zum Frühstück konnten wir aus 4 verschiedenen Variationen wählen und es war sehr reichhaltig. Sollten wir nochmal in diese Gegend kommen, das Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
− Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

− Not keen on having to pay a 50% room rate charge for an early check in at 10am. Only place during our entire Thailand trip that didn't allow early check in.
Dschungel-Exklusivität auf Stelzen – Fast perfekt!
10.0Architektonisch eine Wucht. Die Bungalows liegen tief im Wald, verbunden durch aufwendige Stelzenwege – ein faszinierendes Konzept! Der Poolbereich ist grandios, das Lichtdesign am Abend magisch und das Frühstück im eigenen Restaurant erstklassig. Da wir mitten in der Woche die einzigen Gäste waren, fühlte es sich extrem exklusiv an.
− Obwohl wir vorab wegen einer Massage angefragt hatten, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Vor Ort hieß es dann, der Spa-Bereich sei wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Das wirkte bei einer Anlage, die Wellness im Namen trägt, etwas merkwürdig und wenig professionell. Zudem sollte man wissen, dass der Strand eher zu vernachlässigen ist und die Lobby im Vergleich zur restlichen Anlage recht sporadisch wirkt. Der Fokus liegt hier ganz klar auf der Ruhe und dem Wohnerlebnis im Grünen.
