Gute Lage, sehr sauber und ruhig.
8.0Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Orbetello und die Halbinsel Monte Argentario zu erkunden, dazu ist zwingend ein Auto erforderlich.
− Schade, dass die Wohnung keinen Aussenbereich hat, gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre dies schön.

8.0Posizione comoda a poca distanza da orbetello e dalle spiagge. Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato. Struttura situata in un bel giardino molto curato.

8.0La struttura, perché è affascinante. Molto bella camera padronale, dal soffitto alto, tipicamente da chiesa. Bello il giardino.
− Informazioni non ricevute in merito al boiler, che era spento e solo dopo aver fatto le docce con acqua fredda, ci siamo accorti che era spento, Sarebbe stato gradito saperlo anche semplicemente con un messaggio su WhatsApp, come per le istruzioni per le chiavi.

6.0La posizione è la cura dei giardini anche se i muretti dei giardini sono da recuperare, parti cadute e buchi
− Angolo cottura buio, fette biscottate a disposizione scadute e letti scomodi. I cuscini nell’armadio non hanno sacchetto per preservarli dalla polvere, così come le coperta. La villa dove abbiamo soggiornato avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione conservativa. Il fascino dell’antico non è necessariamente pareti interne ed esterne scrostate e pavimenti macchiati
