Rustic experience made perfect by great customer service by host.
9.0Although the drive to the property took longer than expected, I like the rustic location of the property, as it was in the midst of nature, and there is a nice spot to catch the sunrise near the property. It is peaceful and quiet. The host was very hospitable and made us feel welcome and appreciated. He personally made breakfast for us and the breakfast was superb as it tasted exactly like what Sri Lanka’s typical local breakfast would taste like.

10.0The place was beautiful and easily accessible to the main town and 15 minutes drive to the Sigriya Rock Site. Also UG looked after us very well and preparing the most delicious breakfast for our family.

Excellent views and near 9-arch bridge but basic facilities.
6.0The staff were friendly and very helpful and easy to contact on whatsapp. We were a group of 6 friends and had two bookings. One of the apartments was more modern and nicer (with air con) compared to the 3 -bed apartment. The views were stunning and the location was great for accessing the 9-arch bridge but a bit further from the main town but easily accessible by tuk tuk. The facilities were basic but spacious.
− The bathrooms were very moldy and did not have any ventilation. lots of holes in the mosquito nets in the bedrooms. No air con in the downstairs 3-bed apartment. The beds were not very comfy.

Fijne gastheer en lekker ontbijt. Lion Rock op wandelafstand.
7.0De locatie is gelegen met de Lion Rock in de tuin. Er is 1 boomhut kamer voorzien waar je vanuit je kamer de Lion Rock helemaal kan bewonderen. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en voorziet een lekker Sri Lankaans ontbijt in een sobere keuken. Zeker de moeite om bij in de tuin van Sri Lankanen ontvangen te worden. Lion Rock en restaurantjes op wandelafstand.
− De kamer had geen frisse geur, door een probleem met de afloop.
