6.0Pour moi, literie à améliorer. Même en cette période sanitaire particulière, le ménage dans ma chambre laissait à désirer... (derrière les portes) le prix est en adéquation avec les exigences... me semble t'il.
Disappointing
6.0We were generally disappointed having read positive reviews on-line. One reason for choosing the Lion d'Or was the good reviews about the restaurant. It felt as though we had arrived in the closed season. There was only one person dealing with the entire dining-room resulting in our waiting 45 minutes before receiving our starters. The food was mediocre and the service, although pleasant, was far from efficient. Our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay. We also had great difficulty reaching our room on the top floor via two steep and narrow flights of stairs as there was no lift. The young man who checked us in on our arrival could have offered to help with our luggage but failed to do so. The room was both hot and noisy as we had no choice but to sleep with the window open as it was unbearably hot. This resulted in us being woken by both trains and the collection of dustbins. Each morning the smell of cigarettes drifted into the room from below. On neither morning were there any plates at the breakfast buffet. Altogether a very disappointing experience.
