A szoba kiosztásánál nem volt szerencsénk…
4.0Nagyon szép ízléses berendezés, tisztaság, fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, zárt parkoló, gyalog 5 percre a strandtól, egyszerű és problémamentes be-és kicsekkolás. Ez eddig maximum pont lenne.
− Az akadálymentesített szoba a 2. emeleti folyosó végén helyezkedik el. A zuhanyszifon eldugult, úszott a fürdő, a személyzet a problémát megpróbálta azonnal orvosolni. Egy épületgépészeti probléma miatt a szoba két nagy szellőzőnyílásán távozott az éttermi konyha páraelszívója által kiszippantott olaj/zsírszaggal telített levegő. Reggel 8-tól este 10-ig orrfacsaró és gyomorforgató zsírszag terjengett szobánkban, mintha egy fritőz üzemelt volna a szobában, és az sem segített, hogy egész álló nap kereszthuzatot csináltunk a szeles időjárásban. Egy alkalmazott pókerarccal rázta a fejét, mintha most hallott volna először a problémáról. A recepciós hölgy nagyon segítőkész volt, ha nem lett volna teltház, kaptunk volna egy új szobát, próbált bennünket egy ebéddel kárpótolni. Nagyon sokat utazunk, rengeteg helyen jártunk, de ilyen most történt velünk először. Nagyon nagy csalódás, érzékeny szaglású emberként szinte elviselhetetlen élmény volt.
