5.0− The reason we have given the property an overall rating of 5 is because we could not lock the doors properly from the start of our stay then couldn’t lock them at all after 3 days. We had to rush our 6 month old granddaughter to Truro hospital in the early hours of Tuesday morning and the door would not lock. We had to leave it unlocked as the health of our granddaughter was more important. The doors were in a very poor condition and should have been replaced a long time ago, annoyingly the host must have known this as previous guests must have complained about the doors. A contractor turned up on the Tuesday to measure up new doors but we were still left with an unsecured property for the rest of our stay which worried us all especially our daughter the mother of our granddaughter. This was our first holiday with our grandchild and family which was tainted by the security of the property. We feel it’s such a shame that basic maintenance has not been carried out, the property, location, on site management were superb. We look forward to your feedback Kind regards Nick Davies.

This property operates a self-check-in facility with the key accessed via a Keysafe. If you do not receive the Keysafe code 2 days prior to arrival, please contact Greenacres Cottages for the code.
For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.
Furthermore, charges will be made if the property is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.
