9.0Such a sweet cottage with gorgeous views. Good location near Luss. Lovely hosts.
− Shower is weak, but highlighted upfront when staying, and ultimately we did manage to have warm showers.

Peaceful farm cottage is good value for the money
9.0Clean farm cottage in a lovely location just a few miles from Luss (but away from the chaos of that village with all the tourists!) and Loch Lomond. Very peaceful location down a lane with sheep for neighbors. Friendly, helpful hosts are nearby on site if there are any problems. Well-stocked kitchen. Good value for the money. I recommend skipping the Loch Lomond boat ride in favor of driving over to Loch Katrine (about an hour) for the SS Sir Walter Scott trip. We explored Luss on a Sunday morning (busy but not mobbed like it was on Saturday) and recommend that if you can make your schedule work.
− Futon in the living room is a convenient extra bed for people who need it, but it isn't comfortable to sit on as the seat is angled too far back (I ended up opening it as a futon and laying on it instead). The kitchen would benefit from removing the half wall so that the table can be more easily accessed. However, these are just quibbles as suggestions for improvement. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others looking to stay in the area.

9.0Kathleen was one of the hosts who greeted us on arrival and answered any questions we had. She was fabulous the whole way through our stay and super friendly which made us feel welcomed especially as we were staying for a wedding in Luss. It was 7 minutes away from the Luss, Loch Lomond which was perfect for us as the main village can get busy. The village was stunning. We had all the amenities we could need, it was handy especially with the weather being hit and miss (we used the washing machine and the clothers airer). The place felt cosy and inviting. At night it was quiet, the sound of the odd sheep nearby did not bother us at all. Overall we plan to go back in the near future, thank you Kathleen 😊
