10.0Comfortable cottage ( Plas Yw ) set with others fronting on to a car free courtyard. French doors opening from the living room to a private south facing garden with table, chairs and umbrella at the back of the property. Well eqipped kitchen , bathroom and ensuite shower room to main double bedroom. Very quiet location away from road but only ten minutes by car into Conwy. Close to Bodnant Gardens ( 1st ) photo. Friendly and helpful owner - thank you Neil.

9.0Location, garden and views across valley. Peacocks roaming the property. Well equipped kitchen and owner delivered a BBQ when we asked. Plenty of logs for fire. Rooms were spacious - separate utility room was a bonus.
− WiFi was a bit temperamental.

10.0If you need a quaint Welsh cottage experience - this is it! The location is fabulous and within easy reach of all the major attractions in Wales. We enjoyed the quietness, and being visited every morning by a very friendly peacock. The cottage itself has everything you need including a washing machine / tumble drier combo.
