9.0Sehr schöne Lage des Hofs auf 800m.üM. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter. Herrlicher Blick ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig. Das Wasser sauber und wohl temperiert. Gepflegte Liegestütze und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung
− Zum Einkaufen in den Konsum muss mit dem Bus oder mit dem Auto nach Kurtatsch gefahren werden. Der Tante Emma Laden im Dorf Graun ist nur halbtags am Vormittag geöffnet

10.0sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterfamilie; super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für Familien (Tiere, Spielplatz,...); gute Erreichbarkeit der Dolomiten, Bozen,...; tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung;... freie Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Seilbahnen mit der Südtirolcard

10.0Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft werden hier groß geschrieben. Familie Kerschbamer kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Bei Ankunft gleiche eine Flasche Apfelsaft und Wein aus Eigenanbau kostenlos zur Begrüßung. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, wird hier aber gelebt. So ist es nicht verwunderlich, wenn man sich pudelwohl fühlt. Kleiner aber sehr feiner und moderner Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna, Infrarot-Kabine und Entspannungsbereich runden das Angebot ab. Der Pool mit herrlichem Ausblick ins Tal ist fantastisch. Die Appartments sind großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Zwei sehr gute Gasstätten (Goldener Adler und Caroline) sowie der fantastische Buschenschank Lenzenhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Ort, den man nur ungern wieder verlässt. Herzlichen Dank an Karin Kerschbamer!
