10.0Welcoming staff, spacious room with very comfortable beds and good, clean shower room. Lovely view over the old town and judt under Mount Tampa. Within easy walking distance of the main square and restaurants.

10.0This is a great hotel. Try to get a view room, I booked the last room at the hotel and had no view. The checkin women was very nice and answered all my questions and spoke excellent English. The young girl who takes care of the evening was also very nice. Excellent breakfast, Excellent room and location is very good. I would stay here again, 5 star all the way.

6.0Hotel is great and the staff are user-friendly and helpful also location is great near old town and restaurants the only drawback was that we booked a superior room with living room safe box and AC and we were given another room with none of the mentioned . They tried making it up to us when we complained and they offered two free breakfasts however I have to say that were not satisfied

8.0Good location and clean rooms. The room we stayed in was a little dull with decorations and also didn’t have a balcony like it said in the description which was one reason I chose the room.

Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
