10.0Super friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a sincere smile:) Delicious and varied breakfast deserves 5stars. The room is spacious and bedding so comfortable and luxurious. Very private and personal with balcony, and the swimming pool can be just for you. Highly recommended!
Great stay at Tropical Retreat, Unawatuna.
10.0Its a beautiful hotel, with nice rooms. The best we had in the whole month journey in Sri Lanka. Ist situated out of the way but easy to find using a tuktuk which brings you to the beach center for a couple of hundred rupiahs only. Its clean! Its airy, with a great recention room which is open to the garden all time. You breakfast there as if in the tropical woods. On the other side is a nice swimming pool. Sitting on your balcony at night fireflies visit. Its tranquil there and the beds are very good. Opposite this hotel is a excellent Spa for your massages which scores a 5 on tripadvisor. We did two concecutive mornings of 1 hour deep full body massages. This hotel is a romantic place to be.
