Good size pool and fun waterpark, creepy dark changing room, need maintenance for toilet and shower room
6.0Lovely pool and good size water park for the family day out. However the changing room @ toilet need maintenance, some of the toilet has no light, very dark and very creepy. Told the staff about the faulty but no one even take a note for the repairing. Went back for the waterpark next day and still the same no lighting and creepy toilet, very disappointed.
Very dirty hotel
2.0Very dirty hotel and very dirty pool, no pool cleaning made garbage in the pool and around the pool very much like food waste in the pool, no staff guarding the pool no pool guard guarding the safety of guests very dangerous, very dirty room garbage under the bed, torn towels, toilet drain, dirty mini bar, dirty drawers, hotel aircond is not cold, very dissatisfied. hope the management can monitor and solve such problems in the future.
